Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Location:

Jackson, WI (Primary) Must be willing to travel to Fond du Lac as needed.

Compensation:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience) + Incentives

Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

Greet every customer, identify their needs, and provide expert recommendations on products.

Sales:

Cross-sell products, explain features/pricing, and meet sales targets.

Operations:

Ensure racks are fully stocked, manage inventory, and process returns.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date on new products and industry trends to answer inquiries accurately.

Teamwork:

Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to maintain store profitability and cleanliness.

Schedule

Part-Time:

28-32 hours per week. Must be available for

weekdays and weekends

. Requires flexible availability to work various shifts. Includes a comprehensive 4-week training period.*
