Job Description

Our Columbia location is looking to add motivated individuals to our customer service team!

Job Duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service using in-person communication in showroom, verbal communication in call center, and written communication in chat/email Perform basic Point-of-Sale register operations Maintain clean office and store environment Identify current and future customer requirements and articulate feedback to management Assist in clerical duties, data entry, and special projects as assigned Process freight and customer orders as needed

Qualifications

Great positive attitude with the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure Demonstrate a high level of professionalism interacting with customers and coworkers in both written and verbal communication Proactive and anticipatory team player who takes initiative to be productive, accurate, and efficient with assigned duties Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload Detail Oriented Creative problem solving skills and flexible to suggest and try new approaches Excellent computer/keyboard skills including Microsoft word, excel and outlook Flexibility to work weekends

How often do you work?

20-40+ Hours per week Flexible Schedule during Operating Hours Monday-Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm (extended holiday hours) Only operate on Sundays in November and December from roughly 8:00am-4:00pm Closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day
