Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product replenishment Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, practicing proper phone etiquette Support store operations through cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and retail math accuracy

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math concepts Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, standing for extended periods, and lifting moderate loads Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,389.41 - $4,081.87 per month
