The Retail Marketing Coordinator (RMC) plays a key support role in executing retail marketing initiatives across the Tempur Sealy brand portfolio. Working closely with the Retail Activation Manager, Customer Marketing team, and Sales, the RMC helps ensure the flawless execution of marketing programs and in-store activations. This role supports the development and deployment of point-of-purchase (POP) materials, retailer-specific campaigns, and product launch initiatives, while coordinating vendors and assets, managing budgets, and maintaining project timelines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly organized--someone who thrives on managing multiple projects, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all marketing activities are executed seamlessly to support brand and retail objectives.
