Now Hiring: Budtender - New Cannabis Dispensary in Bozeman, MT

Are you passionate about cannabis and love helping people? We're looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtenders to join our team at our

newest dispensary in Bozeman, Montana

.

As a Budtender, you'll be the face of our dispensary--guiding customers through their cannabis journey, offering product knowledge, and creating a warm, welcoming retail experience. Whether you're a seasoned Budtender or new to the cannabis industry with retail experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers with a positive, upbeat attitude and provide personalized assistance. Educate guests on cannabis strains, THC/CBD profiles, edibles, concentrates, vapes, and accessories. Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and experience levels. Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash securely. Upsell and cross-sell products to improve the customer experience and support sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor. Assist with inventory restocking and management. Respond to customer inquiries in-store, online, or over the phone with professionalism and care. Work collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in

retail, customer service, or grocery environments

is a plus. Strong cash-handling and basic math skills. Excellent communication--both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in the

cannabis industry

or a strong interest in cannabis culture is highly preferred. Must meet the

legal age requirements

for working in a Montana cannabis dispensary and have a valid workers permit. Leadership or training experience is a bonus but not required.
