Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Collaborate with chefs to create menus that align with culinary trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest experiences. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management within the food industry. Strong knowledge of fine dining standards as well as casual dining practices. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Experience in staff training and development, particularly in culinary techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and suppliers. A passion for culinary arts and an understanding of current food trends.

Pay: $49,315.00 - $55,000.00 per year
