Responsibilities

Bakery Person :

SA for Bar 2 server along with being the front person at the bakery. Most important role of this person is greeting and waiting on guests. Bussing tables and bar top and resetting for new guests. Making sure chairs and stools are clean, along with the floor in those dining areas. This position has a lot of moving parts including, but not limited to: making sure coffee is brewing, beans weighed with several pots pre-ground, consistently restocking glassware, silverware (loose and rolled), bakery plates, ice bin, restocking ingredients needed for cold drinks, stocking milk products and sodas in cooler, restocking condiments and folding boxes. Helping to complete daily and weekly side work lists.

Float :

Multi-functional position which provides support to BAR, BAR 2, and SA. Must be able to able to jump into 88, bakery, and SA positions as needed. Float must ``keep their head on a swivel", meaning always be looking around to see where help is needed and prioritize those needs. This position is responsible for continuous restocking of glassware, water pitchers, ice, silverware, plates, etc for primarily Bar and Bar 2. Must be able to take directives from bartender, bar 2 server, servers, and management. Must be self-motivated to figure out where they are needed most without having to be told all the time.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently Ability to stay energetic and attentive during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude Basic knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness practices is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 - 30.0 per week
