Job Summary


We are seeking an energetic and inspiring Resort General Manager / Servant Leader to oversee all aspects of our luxurious resort operations. In this pivotal role, you will champion a guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Duties



Lead and inspire all departments--including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, golf and maintenance--to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue management. Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas. Manage human resources functions such as recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment rooted in servant leadership principles. Supervise budgeting processes, cost control initiatives, and financial reporting to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality service standards. Cultivate strong relationships with guests by personally engaging with them to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Oversee reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette standards, and front desk operations to ensure seamless guest interactions. Implement policies for guest safety, security protocols including CCTV surveillance oversight, and emergency response procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing guest feedback and operational metrics to refine service delivery. Promote a culture of hospitality excellence through staff development programs focused on leadership growth and customer service mastery. Ensure compliance with all local regulations related to hotel management, hospitality standards, and employment laws.

Requirements



Proven experience in hotel or resort management with supervising responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with a servant leadership approach that motivates teams through support and empowerment. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued. Deep understanding of hospitality management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest relations. Demonstrated ability to manage hotel operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Familiarity with hotel systems such as front desk software, multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and reservation platforms. Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--and proficiency in phone etiquette across multiple channels. Experience in implementing security measures such as CCTV surveillance oversight and emergency protocols within a resort setting. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and proactive service delivery. Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
