Boarding Resort General Manager

to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure our four-legged guests receive the highest level of care.

What You'll Do

Lead all operations of our pet boarding facility, including staff management, scheduling, payroll, and customer service. Oversee the daily care, feeding, cleaning, and exercise of our guests. Recruit, hire, and train team members; conduct regular performance check-ins and quarterly meetings. Handle customer communications (in person, by phone, text, and email) with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards. Manage financial transactions and supply orders, monitor budgets, and inventory. Perform wellness checks and monitor the behavior and health of pets in our care. Collaborate with the Operations Manager on reporting, staffing, and long-term planning.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary:

$55,000-$65,000/year (based on experience)

What You'll Bring

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven management experience; pet boarding/daycare experience highly preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills A genuine love for animals and the ability to handle dogs and cats of all sizes Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs as needed Willingness to obtain

Dog First Aid and CPR certifications

(training provided)
