Description:
Income Property Management is growing! We\'re hiring for an experienced Residential Transition Coordinator with excellent management skills to join our transition team. The Residential Transition Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the properties they are assigned to when a community is between managers. In addition, the Residential Transition Coordinator will be responsible for training new Property Managers. On occasion, the Residential Transition Coordinator will be assigned to complete projects for a property.
If you enjoy jumping into new projects and training, this position might be for you! The Residential Transition Coordinator will travel amongst properties managed by IPM. Properties are in the Portland Metropolitan area (including Vancouver, WA) to Eugene, Redmond, and Tillamook, OR.
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call may be required for any after-hours emergencies.
Pay Rate: $25.00 to $29.00/hr (DOE)
Additional Compensation: $50.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement ($.56 cents a mile)
