We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Remodeler/Construction Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various aspects of residential construction and remodeling, demonstrating proficiency in both hands-on tasks and project management. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with other skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality results. We are looking to hire experienced subcontractors only.

Responsibilities

Execute residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Perform a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tile and cabinet install, painting, electrical work, and flooring installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete forming, and trim carpentry. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with other subcontractors and tradespeople on-site to facilitate smooth workflow and project completion. Manage materials efficiently, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory on-site. Provide restoration services as needed for damaged areas within residential properties. Ensure a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project.

Experience

Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction subcontracting is essential. Hands-on experience with various construction techniques.
