Role Title:

Pod Supervisor (5-6 Cleaner Team)

Reports To:

Operations Manager / Owners

Hours:

~40/week (30 cleaning + 10 leadership/admin)

Pay:

$21-$23/hr + performance bonuses

Mission of the Role

Lead a 5-6-cleaner pod to consistently deliver profitable, high-quality, on-time cleaning services through excellence in quality control, team performance, and customer experience.

The supervisor is fully accountable for the pod's KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

1. Daily Field Leadership

Run daily start-of-day huddles Assign cleaner pairings and route order Manage time expectations per home Ensure all cleaners clock-in/out correctly Solve real-time issues (supplies, customer notes, access issues)

2. Quality Control (QC)

Conduct 3-4 surprise inspections per week Validate completion of recurring job checklists Identify skill gaps and retrain cleaners on the spot Document issues and corrective actions

3. Cleaner Development & Retention

Weekly 15-minute one-on-ones with each cleaner Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities Address attendance or performance concerns early Participate in interviews Perform field test with new hires Approve or deny candidates entering the pod Ensure new cleaners complete training checklists

4. Recruiting & Onboarding

Participate in interviews Perform field test with new hires Approve or deny candidates entering the pod Ensure new cleaners complete training checklists

5. Customer Management

Respond to customer complaints same day Conduct or lead re-cleans Provide photos and documentation Keep customers informed through GHL/Zenmaid notes

6. Reporting

Daily Slac kfield report Weekly KPI report Update scorecards Communicate pod needs to Ops Manager
