We are looking for motivated and experienced cleaning supervisor who is dependable, thorough, friendly & has an eye for detail.

Commercial cleaning supervisory experience is highly valued

. This position is for one 100,000 square foot facility, with the opportunity to manage multiple locations.

This is for 5:30PM - 11:30PM Monday through Friday.

Schedule:

At least 5:30PM - 11:30PM Monday through Friday, with the opportunity for expanded hours.

Pay:

We do not have a set pay raise schedule. Raises are given based on performance and attendance. Paid weekly - every Friday, via direct deposit.

The job is at one location in Boca Raton (close to 95).

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced supervisor who will report to the owner of the company. The supervisor will ensure the cleaning technician staff complete their daily cleaning tasks within the allocated time while meeting or exceeding cleaning standard. The supervisor must be able to manage a team of 6-8 cleaning technicians. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Duties:

Manage a team of cleaning technicians, including hiring, firing, promotion, and mentoring. Manage and order needed cleaning supplies and consumables. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts according to policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks. Develop and retain cleaning schedules and maintain all documentation

Skills:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
