Our part time cleaning specialists clean one home per day (average cleaning time per home is 4 to 5 hours.) We offer flexible schedules to fit your unique personal needs!

A successful residential cleaning specialist at Shinosaur Cleaning Services uses our proven cleaning procedures and training to produce results that make our clients look forward to coming home! We look for self-motivated, friendly, and kind team members. A successful Shinosaur cleaning specialist is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of busy local families, the elderly, disabled individuals, and more. Responsibilities

:

Our cleaning specialists must have their own vehicles with driver's license and auto insurance to travel to and from their jobs for the day. (You do not need to come to company headquarters before or after work! You will only visit headquarters when you need to replenish your supplies or equipment. This means you can go right to work and then head right home afterwards!) Must be able to pass a background check with no thefts or violent crimes Must be able to bend, reach, lift up to 25 lbs, kneel, and stand/walk for your entire shift. Full range of motion required. Must be comfortable being around non-aggressive family pets such as dogs, cats, birds, etc. Must have a smartphone to access our client scheduling and attendance system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred but will train the right individual
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Friendly communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Skills:
- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Residential cleaning: (not required, we will train!) Experience in cleaning residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.

- Time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
