Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in service plumbing and be proficient in a variety of plumbing tasks. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform pipe threading, assembly, and installation of various types of piping materials. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding plumbing systems. Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as required .

Skills

Strong background in plumbing Repairs with hands-on experience in the field. Proficient in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Experience with carpentry tasks as they relate to plumbing installations or repairs. Commercial driving experience is beneficial for transporting tools and materials as needed. A maintenance person background is advantageous for additional repair tasks beyond plumbing duties. Pay: $23.32 - $25.00 per hour
