Resident Specialist (Security) Opportunities Positions immediately available in one of Waikiki\xe2\x80\x99s premier residential condominiums. We are looking to hire individuals to fill our swing (2pm - 10pm) and grave shifts (10pm - 6am). Our Resident Specialist positions are key team members, responsible for the security, safety, and customer relations for homeowners, residents and guests. You have an opportunity to join this high performing team. We have On-Call positions available with competitive wages that reflect the value of our staff to the residents of our community. On-Call positions require a person to be available for a four (4) shifts per month at a minimum. More shifts likely available. Position qualifications required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork and conflict resolution skills
• Have or will obtain within three months of hire, a current Hawaii security guard certification in accordance with HRS 46201-10.5
• Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED current certification approved by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within three months of hire
• Basic computer skills for report writing and data collection using Microsoft Office software
• Minimum one year successful experience in hospitality/residential condominium industry in security, guest relations or resident specialist role preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout facility for extended periods of time; ability to lift 50 pounds; vision and hearing must be adequate to perform job duties.
