We are seeking a

reliable, caring, and safety-focused Driver

to join our team at

This position plays an important role in ensuring our residents can safely travel to and from appointments, social outings, and community activities all while providing a warm, friendly experience. When not driving, you'll support our team within the facility by assisting with light maintenance, resident support, and other daily operations. Responsibilities:

Safely transport residents to medical appointments, activities, and outings in company vehicles. Provide courteous, respectful assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the vehicle(s). Assist with daily operations within the building when not driving -- such as deliveries, light housekeeping, or activity setup. Support staff and residents with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience driving larger passenger vehicles preferred (CDL not required, but a plus). LNA certification is beneficial and may lead to additional opportunities, but it's not required for this position. Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor. Ability to assist residents safely and respectfully. Dependable and flexible team player.
