What You'll Do:

Drive excellence from top to bottom.

Partner closely with leaders to align on vision and long-term strategy.

Ensure delivery of financial goals

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within all teams.

Recruit and develop talent across the region.

Your Skills:

Food service leadership experience.

Managing large, complex operations with multiple service lines.

Strong financial and operational successes

Expertise in team leadership

Exceptional communication skills and client-facing professionalism.

Experience in unionized environments and managing both front- and back-of-house operations.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 3 years

Resident District Manager with proven experience managing large-scale budgets of at least $20 million.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000

Compensation is determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Benefits package that may include:
