Job Description
Chicago Methodist Senior Services (CMSS) is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization providing an array of programs and services to older adults across Chicagoland.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a broad-scoped caregiver position. The Resident Associate has full responsibility for direct resident care.
This includes personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, helping residents participate in the daily activity program, meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge and skills to effectively interact and communicate with persons exhibiting dementia
Possess strong interpersonal skills with family members, visitors and co-workers
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in care giving required
Completion of eight (8) hour dementia training program
