Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Business Manager, along with the Residency Program Administrator and Residency and Fellowship Program Directors, the incumbent will support the Diagnostic Radiology residency program, Women's and Breast Imaging Fellowship, Body Imaging Fellowship, as well as any newly created fellowships, and be available to help with the Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology (IR/DR) program and residents on all Graduate Medical Education (GME) matters. The incumbent will assist with managing training program compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Commission on Accreditation standards, LSUHSC-NO policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements. The incumbent in this position will exercise high judgment and initiative; perform all duties in a highly responsible and independent manner; provide administrative support, as needed. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, team-oriented attitude, cultural sensitivity, and an understanding of the needs of the programs and department.
