Immediate Full Time position available. Hiring Bonus! The Owner Services/Reservations team has as its first priority, providing superior customer service to our timeshare Owners by pleasantly and efficiently responding to Owner questions concerning Ownership, exchange company deposits, confirmations and general Resort information, as well as collecting annual maintenance fees. Additionally, departmental associates will respond to rental inquiries, enter reservations and maintain Resort inventory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complies with established company policies and procedures, as well as in accordance with provisions of the Public Offering Statement.
  • Responds to Owner inquiries and concerns; confers with Owners by telephone or in person
  • Maintains accurate records of Owner interaction and transactions.
  • Maintains Resort inventory; room assignments.
  • Administers Owner rental contracts.
  • Accounting duties include receipt of payments for maintenance fees and taxes, and in-house collection calls
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to Resort services and amenities.
  • Takes rental inquiries; makes and confirms reservations with accuracy.
  • Supports marketing efforts by accurately entering marketing reservations.
Must possess excellent customer service skills. Requires extensive knowledge of property management software and exchange company database information. Requires ability to communicate positively and professionally with Owners and potential guests orally and in writing. Requires ability to interact with diverse personalities. Will be required to work one Saturday per month in rotation with other Reservation Specialists. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS : Friendly and outgoing personality. Must like to interact with the public.Must possess excellent telephone etiquette.
