ROLE SUMMARY:
The Reservationist will partner with Hosts and Managers to successfully book, and handle reservations needs for our members. They will also act as a Host when needed. This individual will uphold a high level of Customer Service to clients, partners, and third-party vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry on reservationist responsibilities as needed.
• Oversee incoming TripleSeat reservation requests to capture new business by qualifying the members, creating commitments, and upselling to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals for the year.
• Take ownership of BEO\xe2\x80\x99s, Credit Card Authorization forms, and Client Menu Selections.
• Develop relationships to create continual business.
• Oversee 7Rooms requests to capture additional business and ensure potential business is properly handled.
• Training new hires on department protocols, TripleSeat, 7Rooms.
• Liaise with the Events department as needed with administrative and onsite tasks.
• Pitch new experiences and forecast important calendar dates to aide in increasing Client Portfolio
• Greet and escort guests to tables in a gracious and professional manner.
• Interact with guests and fellow staff members in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner to ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience.
• Greet and acknowledge VIPs in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance of all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department.
• Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years of Reservations experience in Hospitality
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
• Must be able to work on own initiatives or as part of a team.
• Calm, efficient, and organized.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office
• Experience in 7Rooms and TripleSeat a plus
• Natural ability to sell products enthusiastically.
