Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Reservation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing booking inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless reservation process for our clients.

We focus on custom tours and transportation services in San Francisco and Napa , Sonoma , Livermore wine region and custom transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong sales skills, and experience in travel planning or hotel operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.

Duties

Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including hotel stays, transportation, and activities Provide detailed information about services, amenities, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue opportunities Maintain accurate reservation records and update client profiles regularly Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to coordinate special requests or accommodations Resolve any booking issues or conflicts promptly while maintaining a positive customer relationship Stay informed about current travel trends, hotel offerings, and destination information to better assist clients

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles; hotel experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of travel planning and reservation systems Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding customer expectations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs

Pay: $21.00 - $43.00 per hour
