The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a skilled laboratory Research Associate II to join our collaborative team. As an integral member of the InduPro team, you will be responsible for expression, purification, and characterization of native and engineered multi-specific antibodies for discovery and therapeutic programs essential to InduPro\xe2\x80\x99s success. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform routine protein expression with HEK/CHO cell lines using transient transfection system.
• Perform routine protein purification using AKTA FPLC system.
• Perform routine protein biophysical characterization using a variety of analytical methods such as HPLC, SDS-PAGE, UV280, DSF, ELISA, etc.
• Provide flexible and timely support of project priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Design and conduct experiments under limited supervision.
• Collaborate with scientific colleagues across functional disciplines and departments.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications (strong candidates should have most):

• BS degree in biochemistry or related field (or equivalent), with 2+ years of experience working in biotech/pharma or an academic environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated laboratory skills in protein expression, purification, and characterization, familiar with basic molecular biology techniques and analysis.
• Knowledge and understanding of protein biochemistry and antibody technology is a must.
• Experience with cell-based bioassays is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are required.
• A pro-active, problem-solving, collaborative, and goal-oriented mindset.

The hiring pay range for this position is $74,000 to $92,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role. Other components of the compensation package include a competitive new hire equity grant, and participation in an annual performance bonus incentive program.
