Summary:
Assists with special projects for assigned areas or functions.

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Coordinates logistics for ongoing projects.
  • Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
  • Assists with identifying, securing, and coordinating the resources necessary for project success.
  • Performs administrative support duties specific to the Department Leader member being supported, mayinclude special projects, such as data entry or analysis , MOR preparation.
  • Assists with various hospital projects as assigned. Coordinates efforts with leaders and/or hospital staff in order to complete and manage ongoing projects.Acts as a resource person and coordinator for projects

Education:
Essential:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.

Required Work Experience: 3 years clerical experience with a large department or number of departments.
