Job Description


We are looking for new Alarm Monitoring Representatives to join our CMS Longwood team! Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) provides 24-hour alarm monitoring for residential and commercial customers. When a customer\xe2\x80\x99s alarm system activates, we receive and process the alarm and dispatch the proper authorities if needed. What\xe2\x80\x99s in it for Me?

  • Dispatch Proper Authorities
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
  • Computer Literacy
Job Type: Full-time Location- 715 W SR 434 Suite J, Longwood, FL 32750 Pay: Up to $17.49 base pay per hour Reviewing resumes and scheduling phone interviews for a training start date tentatively April 14th 2023! Training is currently being held on site in Longwood, FL. Training Hours : Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm! Possible work from home opportunities available for those who meet the criteria after successful completion of training.
