We are looking for corporate travel reps to join our successful remote agent workforce. Agents will handle incoming calls from agency clients looking to book all travel components (air, car, hotel, and rail) in accordance with agency policy to best meet customer\'s travel objectives. It\xe2\x80\x99s all about the customer! Candidate must be a self-starter and able to handle reservations via phone and email. Strong international or ticketing experience a plus! Candidates must have the ability to problem solve, work independently, offer exemplary customer service skills, and follow all agency clients\xe2\x80\x99 policies and procedures. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Three years minimum experience required working in a corporate travel environment. \xc2\xb7 Must be efficient on Sabre, Apollo, Travelport +, Worldspan or Amadeus \xc2\xb7 Must have working knowledge of MS office products \xc2\xb7 Many shifts available which will include weekends and Holidays. \xc2\xb7 Candidates must have high speed Internet access and a quiet work area in their home as well as own computer and headset (specs available) \xc2\xb7 Ability to offer superior client service to a diverse clientele \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills Please send resume via email to hireme@agent24.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $34.00 per hour Benefits:
