Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service to clients. In order to do that you will need to research and book all trip plans and accommodations as needed by clients. The trip may include, but not limited to, hotel stay, car rental, flights, events, and more. You will need to stay up to date on all trainings in order to create an unforgettable experience for clients. To be a successful Sales Marketing Agent you should have a passion for learning new things, new experiences, and a desire to inspire and help others :) Skills:
- Have effective communication skills, written and oral
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Self-driven
- Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Ability to work alongside other team members
- Successfully meet or exceed goals by developing long-standing relationships with clients
- Participate in ongoing training webinars within the company and with vendors and suppliers
- Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients in a timely manner
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after trip to make sure there are no issues that arise
