What You'll Do

Process digital intake forms and scanned documents Check submissions for completeness and proper formatting Assign and route cases to the appropriate internal queues Escalate urgent or flagged issues as needed Communicate with team leads through chat/email Log all activity in client tracking software

What We're Looking For

Sharp attention to detail Strong written communication skills Comfortable using tools like Google Docs or web platforms Reliable and ready to work within

Requirements

Must live in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Internet + computer access Availability: 20+ hours per week Willing to complete onboarding quickly after offer
