What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Developing the direction of relocation in the company, writing a strategy and Road Map, and optimizing existing processes;
• Coordinating the turnkey employee and candidate relocation process;
• Advising employees and candidates on all matters related to relocation;
• Cooperating with related departments and specialists on relocation issues;
• Developing and writing processes, policies, FAQs, step-by-step instructions for relocation;
• Preparing and holding webinars on relocation;
• Promoting the relocation option internally together with the PR/Event Team;
• Assisting with the organization of outbound events in terms of hotel reservations, visa support, etc.;
• Researching the topic of relocation, evaluation of new and existing locations;
• Preparing the final proposal for opening an office in a new location: a comprehensive evaluation of the location in terms of pros and cons both for the company and for employees, including an evaluation of the candidates\xe2\x80\x99 market opportunities, potential competitors and risks/opportunities from the country\'s government;
• Communicating with the law company until the registration of the legal entity and the readiness of all documents to start the relocation of current employees of the company, as well as new candidates;
• Solving non-standard and complex cases related to relocation.

Our requirements:

• Understanding the direction of relocation, the ability to be a driver of the direction;
• Experience in supporting company registration;
• Experience in organizing visa support for company employees;
• Willingness to communicate, consult and deal with issues on a large scale;
• \xd0\xa1ompleted higher education. \xd0\x90t least a bachelor\'s degree;
• High level of responsibility and self-organization;
• Literate oral and written Russian. English: Intermediate or above.
