Responsibilities

Safely operate various types of vehicles to transport clients as scheduled. Maintain punctuality by planning routes efficiently and adjusting for traffic or weather conditions. Provide courteous and professional customer service during all interactions with clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to uphold safety standards at all times. Assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles when necessary, offering helpful support with luggage or mobility needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driving roles. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Mechanical knowledge or basic vehicle maintenance skills are preferred to handle minor repairs or inspections. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing schedules or routes.
