Duties

Safely operate various types of vehicles including sedans, limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses to transport clients or goods efficiently. Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic conditions and client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical upkeep of assigned vehicles to ensure safety and comfort. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any special requests with professionalism. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every trip. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as shuttle driving, limousine service, or delivery driving. Familiarity with different vehicle types including buses, box trucks, and school buses is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Mechanical knowledge or basic vehicle maintenance skills are a plus for troubleshooting minor issues on the go. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for bus or truck driving). Prior experience in hospitality or chauffeur services enhances the ability to deliver personalized client experiences.
