Join our Peds Anesthesia team!
JOB SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision, provides nonclinical customer service to patients and families when performing all job functions. This position is responsible for accurate and timely scheduling of patient procedures in the Birthplace. Receives and prepares prenatal medical record for patients scheduled for delivery in the Birthplace. Functions as patient registrar and service representative including bedside registration. Functions in the role of Birth Registrar when necessary. Performs other administrative duties when assigned. Unified by the core purpose of creating a healthier community one person at a time, the members of the Division of Patient Care Services commit themselves to sustaining a culture focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes. REQUIREMENTS: One year experience
EDUCATION: Preferred: High school diploma/GED
SKILLS: Required: Ability to problem-solve; Ability to multi-task; Basic computer; Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; Critical Thinking; MS Office Suite; Ability to follow verbal instructions
