Black Hills State University is seeking applicants to fill a Registration Officer position in the Registrar's office.
Duties:Organize and implement student registration tasks using Banner, DegreeWorks and self-service systems.
Complete transfer student credit evaluations.
Build and manage transfer credit database using Transferology.
Clear students for graduation and assist with graduation ceremony.
Manage Visitor Pass Program.
Process and analyze reports, including Clearinghouse enrollment reporting.
Data cleanup.
Provide assistance to students, faculty, and the general public.
Knowledge of:Banner, Evisions, Perceptive Content, DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook;
FERPA Regulations;
College curriculum and class scheduling;
Graduation requirements;
Course transferability.
Ability to:Utilize advanced computer technology to access data, maintain records and generate reports;
Manage multiple projects;
Establish priorities and meet deadlines;
Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills;
Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms;
Research and compile data;
Compare information and recognize discrepancies;
Interpret and apply policies and procedures;
Enter data accurately and efficiently;
Maintain confidential information;
Have regular and reliable attendance.
Preferred Experience and Education:Bachelor's degree
Computer-related work experience with information systems.
Customer service experience.
