We are expanding our Wellness Clinic and seeking an experienced, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role works directly under the collaboration and oversight of a Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Medical Doctor (MD) to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and care across medical and aesthetic services.

Position Overview

The RN will serve as The Haven's on-site clinical lead responsible for administering and overseeing medical and aesthetic wellness services -- including IV therapy, injectables, weight-loss programs, and medical device operations such as hyperbaric chambers, LED/red-light therapy, salt facials, cold plunge, and wellness cocoons.

This role combines clinical precision, leadership, and client-centered care in a luxury spa setting.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Injectable Services

Administer IV hydration, vitamin boosters, and subcutaneous injections (including weight-loss treatments such as semaglutide).

Perform or assist with Botox, Dysport, and dermal filler injections under medical standing orders.

Conduct client intakes, vital checks, and pre-treatment clearances.

Monitor clients during and post-treatment to ensure comfort and safety.

Maintain detailed documentation, consent forms, and treatment records for all procedures.

Medical Device Supervision

Provide oversight, operation, and client monitoring for all clinical and aesthetic devices including:

Hyperbaric oxygen chambers

Salt facials and oxygen infusions

Red-light and LED therapy units

Cold plunge and thermal cocoon systems

Ensure safe use, client suitability, and adherence to manufacturer and medical protocols.

Oversee routine equipment checks, maintenance logs, and staff training on device operation.

Document all device-based treatments and client responses per standing orders.

Coordination & Compliance

Collaborate closely with the remote NP/MD to maintain current standing orders, treatment protocols, and emergency procedures.

Participate in chart reviews, audits, and quarterly safety meetings.

Ensure compliance with North Dakota Board of Nursing and state medical spa regulations.

Communicate any adverse events, updates, or procedural questions to the NP/MD immediately.

Team & Client Experience

Support and mentor spa and esthetic staff in safe service integration.

Deliver exceptional client education and post-treatment guidance.

Promote Haven memberships and treatment plans through education and trust.

Qualifications

Active North Dakota RN License (required) and in good standing.

Prior experience in IV therapy, injectables, or medical aesthetics preferred.

Experience with hyperbaric, red-light, or aesthetic device operation a plus (training provided).

Certification in Botox/fillers strongly preferred or willingness to train.

Strong documentation, communication, and assessment skills.

Compensation & Schedule

Start-up pay: $28-$32/hour depending on experience and training level.

Growth range: $35-$45/hour as clinic services and certifications expand.

Optional performance incentives:

$10-$20 per IV

$5-$10 per injection

Bonuses for device oversight, new certifications, or monthly sales goals.

Schedule: Begin 1-2 days/week (6-8 hr shifts), expanding as client volume grows.

All clinical supplies, PPE, and equipment provided.
