What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care to both long-term and short-term residents Provide clinical assessments, medication administration, and treatment management Collaborate closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care planning that focuses on resident goals, dignity, and independence Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents and families Support an innovative, positive, team-first environment Bring ideas, compassion, and a commitment to making every day better--for residents and coworkers
