Mercy's Labor & Birth (L&B) unit is located on the 1st, 6th, and 7th floors of the Children's Tower. We provide exceptional care for mothers and babies--from low-risk, low-intervention deliveries to high-risk antenatal care and delivery.
Our L&B/OB ED/High-Risk units are staffed 24/7 with:
Board-Certified OB Hospitalists
OB Anesthesia
Highly skilled nursing and surgical teams
Full Maternal Fetal Medicine coverage

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year Labor & Birth RN experience
Education:
Nursing degree from an accredited school
License:
Current RN license in hiring state or compact license
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (AHA)
Certifications:
NRP & ACLS required
Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate training provided
National certifications (RNC-OB, C-EFM) encouraged
