A healthcare facility in Garfield Heights, OH is seeking an experienced

Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse

for a night-shift contract assignment. All requirements listed are

strict and non-negotiable

This is an

AUTO-OFFER

position. Multiple scheduling options available:

4x12, 3x12, or 2x12 shifts

.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

----------------------------------

Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience

18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience required prior to travel nursing

Active Ohio RN license OR Compact RN license in hand at time of submission

Certifications Required:

+ AHA

BLS

+ AHA

ACLS

+ Must be willing to obtain

NIHSS

before start

One recent clinical reference

from:

+ Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Director,

or Charge RN

+ Must be from the

MS/Tele specialty

Must successfully pass:

+

ECG Rhythm Recognition Test

+

SafeMedicate assessment

Must be able to use

Qualivis - Lotus

for timekeeping

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and identify changes Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Provide patient education, support, and communication with families Adhere to clinical policies, safety standards, and facility protocols
