Registered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities:

As the Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for the general operations of the nutrition services department inclusive of:

Departmental leadership, including compliance with company systems for hiring, training, scheduling, skill development, and disciplinary protocols for department employees. Meal production Regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines Financial compliance per department budgets Clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines, using the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

Registered Dietitian with Oklahoma licensure Experience in long term care setting, preferred Strong interpersonal skills Flexible and dependable
