About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll provide

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy

to children with autism in

home and community settings

. You'll work closely with experienced

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

and our

Clinical Director

, receiving hands-on guidance, professional supervision, and growth opportunities.

Schedule:

Morning and afternoon shifts available -- flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications:

Active

RBT Certification (BACB)

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred)
