Luxury property curating memorable experiences to the most exclusive elite living communities seeks Regional Wellness Director of Well Being. This Wellness Leader has broad experience in 5 star guest service, hospitality, and medical spa or spa operations.

This position is based in Las Vegas, NV, also overseeing the Summit Club - Las Vegas.

Job Summary
The Regional Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the medical compliance, implementation, coordination, and execution of all spa/wellness services and programs for members. This position is responsible for ensuring ongoing proper cross location communication with each department within the locations they oversee. This position is accountable to ensure seamless member experience before, during and after their stay. This position will be supported externally by the SVP of Operations for Trilogy Spa Holdings, with daily direct reporting to the onsite GM and location leadership at their designated locations of over-site.

Responsibilities:

Program Coordination Duties

  • Oversee all staffing needs to ensure proper support for members on site.
  • Overall responsibility for proficiency and effectiveness of spa/fitness staff with educating, booking, and following up on all spa/wellness program offers to members on site.
  • Supports in the recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding of all spa/fitness staff, ensuring their understanding of the spa/wellness brand message and service delivery expectations.
  • Liaises with on-site Spa/Fitness Director and Medical Services Director to ensure seamless communication of all service and program offers, functions, needs etc. associated with booking members properly for service experiences.
  • Ability to work with DLC location Management to build a strong relationship and a seamless guest service experience.
  • Facilitates timely (weekly/bi-weekly) department head meetings for all key departments on site. Ensuring that all member needs are properly attended to.
  • Attends all other weekly on-site key leadership meetings.
  • Ensures that all marketing collateral messaging for spa/wellness programs is accurate and up to date. Properly communicates to Corp Marketing on a timely basis, for any edits or needs.
  • Responsible for successful preplanning, coordination, execution of all on-site retreats or special events that include spa/wellness programming. Will liaison with all department heads and TSH Corp support team as outlined in Specialty Retreat SOP.
  • Maintain inventory levels by ensuring proper stock levels on retail and professional on hand and in rooms.
  • Conducts timely department meetings with spa/fitness staff as needed to ensure seamless communication for any/all arriving member needs.
  • Responsible for ensuring VIP member, owner arrivals are properly documented and expertly prepared for internally. Ensuring clear communication across the property for special VIP arrivals.
  • Always ensures cleanliness and sanitation standards for all spa/wellness work areas.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all member data. Ensure on-site membership software data is effectively maintained.
  • Provide over-site of cross-world CRM Database is properly maintained for each site overseen. Ensure that all information is properly filled out and documented in compliance with Membership preferences SOP. (Pending future CRM).
Staffing/Training
  • Adhere to and promote the DLC Corporate culture.
  • Ensures all DLC spa/fitness staff are always \xe2\x80\x9cup to speed\xe2\x80\x9d and fully trained on all spa/wellness service offerings.
  • Ensure that all DLC spa/fitness staff are fully trained and aware of all functions across all departments on-site.
  • Assist DLC Corporate Human Resources in creating training manuals and training schedule for all newly hired Program Coordinators.
  • Support on-site HR to hire and train all spa/fitness staff on Corporate/Brand/Site standards.
  • Prepares payroll and submits to DLC accounting per SOP. Ensuring proper compliance with all site payroll, hours/day laws for that location.
  • Manage personnel under own supervision, including hiring, guiding, directing, developing, training, counseling, and evaluating.
  • Work in conjunction with DLC Corp Human Resources and on-site GM for any counseling needs for DLC employees. Support with tracking performance, documenting concerns as needed and conveying on a timely basis, to GM and DLC Corp HR any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate and support with completion and delivery of all DLC spa/fitness staff reviews on a timely basis.
  • Provide leadership support to the all-team leaders in each department.
  • Provides regular communication of company information, functions, benefits, events, etc. with DLC spa/fitness staff on regular basis.
Analyze/Reporting
  • Directly responsible for facility fiscal responsibility as relates to budgeting and forecasting for all spa/wellness programming needs.
  • Ensuring payroll is properly managed to appropriate levels.
  • Ensure all member complaints, issues or concerns are properly documented in on site database and communicated timely and effectively to property leadership.
  • Prepare all month end reports, as necessary.
  • Convey all monthly statistic reports in a timely basis to onsite property leadership and TSH SVP Operations for review and evaluation.
Customer Resolution
  • Ensure that established member service levels are consistently achieved in compliance with DLC standards and a Forbes 5-star criteria. Member service is expected to exceed and always excel.
  • Effectively manage, address member issues or concerns as they arise in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum BA/BS degree required, preferably in a relevant field (Hospitality, Business Management, or Operations).
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must have minimum of 5+ years of experience as a manager in similar role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Management role in 4- or 5-star property. Service industry in spa, retail, resort, restaurant, or medical wellness experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient at creation and management of P&L, forecasting, and budgets.
  • Must be a quick learner; accuracy, and attention to detail are critical.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure well, self-motivated, and very detail oriented.
  • Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be organized, timely and detailed oriented.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office; Booker, Book4Time, Spa Soft preferred.
  • Experience with Club Membership software programs preferred.
  • Must be reliable and have outstanding customer service skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Possess strong leadership skills with prior track record of Supervisory experience of staff at all levels.
  • CPR and First Aid certified desirable.
