Regional Sales & Recruiting Manager
to lead growth and performance across our real estate sales offices. This role is ideal for a proven real estate leader who is passionate about
recruiting top talent, retaining and developing agents, and building a high-performing culture
while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance.
The
Regional Sales & Recruiting Manager
(internally known as a Team Leader) serves as a trusted coach, motivator, and operational leader--partnering closely with leadership, participating in Team Leader meetings and events, and acting as a key driver of agent success and office performance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively
recruit new real estate agents
through networking, outreach, events, and strategic partnerships
Develop and execute regional recruiting plans aligned with company growth goals
Coach, mentor, and motivate agents
to help them achieve personal and professional goals
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable office culture that encourages retention
Oversee
day-to-day sales office operations
across assigned locations
Support agents with systems, tools, and processes to drive productivity
Partner with office staff to ensure seamless operations and strong customer experiences
Participate in
Team Leader meetings, trainings, and company events
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and Experience:
Valid Real Estate Salesperson license required
Previous Real Estate sales experience required
Valid Broker's license preferred
Prior experience managing a team highly desirable
