Cardinal Points Imaging of the Carolinas (CPIC), a large outpatient medical imaging facility, is seeking a Regional Radiology Administrator with multi-site experience, to lead and oversee center teams across multiple locations in North Carolina. Each location offers diagnostic imaging services that may include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, & Bone Density. This career opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of imaging operations including scheduling call centers and leading both registration and clinical teams to achieve desired results across five categories: quality, service, people, growth and finance. Extensive experience and a proven track record of success in engaging team members and leading imaging center sales is a must.

• Effective situational leadership with good judgement and quality decision-making skills.
• Learns and adapts quickly, detailed-oriented, and organized with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Technically sound with intermediate to advanced experience working with computer applications such as imaging-specific programs and Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities include:

• Budget and business development
• Sales and marketing strategy
• Operational strategy to ensure a constant state of regulatory compliance and safety with best practices.
• Partnering with radiologists to implement clinical standards and new programs and services, in an efficient and cost-effective manner to provide a unified approach to care and develops strategies for positive patient experiences.
• Employee Satisfaction and Engagement while building effective teams.

Education and experience:

10 or more years of senior leadership and management experience in imaging or outpatient sector of healthcare, preferably outpatient imaging. Clinical Management experience (CRA/ARRT) and/or a degree in business or related field is required.
