What You\'ll Do
Development project budget tracking
Participation, coordination, task management in weekly project and regional meetings both internally and externally
Compile project related material for transactional closings, RFP\'s, investment memos and other Development presentations
Create AIA contracts, Master Service Agreements, Designer/Engineering agreements and other contracts
Compile expense reports and draw submission for bank review
Review and process sub-contractor documentation (invoices, Pay-Apps, etc.)
Help manage calendars, making travel, meeting, and event arrangements
Maintain electronic filing system
Manage development platform databases
Work with various departments and outside company\'s; Executive Team, Marketing, Project Managers, Commercial Property Managers, Project Accountants, and Administrative Assistants, attorneys, investors, subcontractors, and vendors daily
Maintain ongoing knowledge of up-to-date real estate and development documents & laws
Run office errands; to the Post Office, banks, client/vendor offices, managed property and any other requested location pertaining to the office needs

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration and/or Real Estate Development and Management experience within various asset types (office, industrial, retail, and multi-residential)
Understanding and in-depth knowledge of AIA documents, Office 365, G-Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, Salesforce, PlanGrid and Yardi
