The search is on for a dynamic and enthusiastic Regional Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing dental partnership network (DPN). The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing needs for a designated region of offices across multiple brands. This position will develop and implement strategies in partnership with business support teams and key stakeholders to meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing, while also working closely with regional operations leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies, drive growth and expansion, implement tactical plans, and leverage a variety of data to drive new patient volume and profitability. The Regional Marketing Manager will continuously monitor shared KPIs and consistently find news ways to grow their assigned region. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the region\xe2\x80\x99s operational and clinical teams to understand the short-term and long-term strategic objectives
  • Attend and present at weekly, quarterly, and annual operational team meetings to monitor challenges and successes by office in order to inform ongoing marketing support
  • Develop relationships with Regional Leadership and Doctor Partners in the region in order to support their continued growth
  • Communicate all marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts to each office and Operations leads in the region as changes occur
  • Identify needs, initiative research studies and analyze results in order to identify areas of future growth opportunity
  • Research and stay current on market trends and competitive activity
Education and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in multi-location operations or marketing management
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or business administration
  • Digital marketing proficiency
  • Experience in health care field preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of marketing, business planning, and brand positioning

Compensation & Structure:
  • Base Compensation: $70-80K BOE
  • 401k Program: Participation in 401k plan with 4% company match
  • Benefits: Competitive health, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability and life insurance plans
  • Location: Hybrid - Preferably in the Philadelphia area
  • Location: 50% local travel to Dental Office locations in PA/NJ
