Regional Manager Greenville
Job Description
This position reports to the Employment Services Division in the Greenville Region. Incumbent will directly support the Department of Employment and Workforce employment services related programs within a SC Works Center and access points, providing customer guidance, programmatic support and professional services. Serves as manager for local employment services staff and works with SC Works operators to ensure program integration within the center and surrounding areas. This position requires travel to the following counties: GreenvilleA bachelor\'s degree and relevant training experience; or any equivalent combination of education, relevant training and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position.Bachelor\'s degree with at least three years of experience in recruitment/selection, interviewing, counseling, assessment, workforce development or similar type activities.Supplemental questions are considered part of your official application.
