We currently operate two locations in Henderson and Las Vegas (approximately 15 minutes apart) and are expanding rapidly. Position Overview


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive

Regional Operations Manager (Director of Operations)

to oversee day-to-day and strategic operations across both locations. This individual will partner directly with the owner to bring vision to execution -- creating systems, setting measurable goals, tracking KPIs, and holding teams accountable for results.

The ideal candidate is a

self-starter who thrives in leadership, project management, and system creation

, with strong business acumen and a background in dental or healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and optimize daily operations of both dental offices (approx. 15 minutes apart) Set and monitor

KPIs

and

performance goals

for each department (front office, clinical, hygiene, treatment coordination, etc.) Develop and implement

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

to streamline efficiency and ensure consistency Collaborate with the owner to understand vision and desired outcomes, then

execute independently with accountability

Lead marketing and community engagement initiatives; partner on creative branding and outreach campaigns Assist with

business expansion

efforts including scouting new locations, vendor negotiations, and growth strategy planning Provide leadership, mentorship, and structure for office managers and team members Conduct performance reviews, assist with hiring decisions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement Monitor financial performance, analyze metrics, and present progress reports to ownership Support patient experience initiatives and ensure operational alignment with brand values

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree

in Business, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)

5+ years of dental, medical, or multi-site management experience

preferred Proven experience

creating and implementing systems and KPIs

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability Comfort using dental practice management and analytics software (Open Dental, Dental Intelligence, Flex Dental, etc.) Strong marketing and community relations instincts are a plus

Schedule



Full-time, Monday-Friday. Weekends as needed. Travel between both offices as needed (15-minute commute)
