Delaware North Travel is searching for a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our Travel Hospitality Services HR team. As a Regional HR Manager, you will oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations, and be an important partner for your local and enterprise HR team.

This is a remote position and the candidate can reside anywhere in the US.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of the Areas. Areas will operate 369 locations in 27 airports and 12 travel plazas nationwide, with a U.S. workforce of over 6,000. Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year


In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

Responsible for the full-life cycle of employee relations, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

More about you

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Union experience from an HR perspective required. Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system Strong interpersonal and communication skills Independent problem-solving and analytical abilities
