Regional Home Care Coordinator


Veteran Homecare Services is a business founded and owned by a service-disabled veteran. Serving those who have sacrificed for our country is fundamental to our goals. We have worked extensively with the Department of Veteran Affairs and take pride in honoring our veterans by providing the best non-medical in-home care services.



Schedule:


This position will require you to work independently in a dedicated office space, managing your workload with minimal direct supervision.


Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Multi-Branch Home Care Coordinator



The Opportunity




We are looking for a highly organized and experienced

Regional Home Care Coordinator

to manage and synchronize operations across two branch locations. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent care, optimizing staffing, and standardizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities




Responsibilities include overseeing the administrative needs of assigned branch locations, standardizing workflow processes, supervising and training branch staff, and managing scheduling and staffing. The role also involves ensuring compliance and quality assurance across branches, addressing client and family concerns, collaborating with management and clinical staff, overseeing client records, and traveling frequently to different branch locations.

Qualifications



Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in home care or healthcare. Prior experience managing operations across multiple locations is essential, along with knowledge of home health regulations and the insurance reimbursement process.

Skills:

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are needed, along with leadership, team-building, and training abilities. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in relevant software are also important. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change is necessary.


Marketing skills

Skill in Generating referrals by building relationships and trust with potential clients and families, the VA, VA entities, Clinics, physicians, hospitals, and Senior living environments Skill in Representing the agency at events like health fairs and community presentations to promote services. Skill in identifying opportunities and develops strategies to increase census Skill in building a brand by highlighting agency services.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds
