We are currently seeking a candidate for a full-time Refrigeration Service Technical Support position in a fast-paced, well-respected and thriving company.

The role of the Refrigeration Service Technical Support position is to troubleshoot mechanical and refrigeration - related issues in the building or off site for our customers.

Job Duties

Diagnose issues using electrical meters, gauges, temperature probes and pressure readings. Travel for service calls, installations and on-site support to customers. Assist field technicians and customers in troubleshooting and diagnosing refrigeration system issues.

Qualifications

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading wiring diagrams, testing circuits and diagnosing control failures. Experience with high and low voltage electrical systems (relays, contactors, sensors, motors etc.) Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and refrigeration related issues, including superheat/subcooling verification, airflow issues and component failures. Proficient with computers, ethernet networking, Wi-Fi connectivity and general communication system set up and diagnostics. Strong communication skills when interacting with customers, service managers and internal support teams.
Willingness to travel.

Physical duties

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time. Regularly lift and/or move 15 pounds. Frequently life and/or move 30 pounds. Occasionally life and/or move up to 50 pounds.
